Description: Renovate Ambassador Suite & Main Lobby B1. Renovate the Ambassador entrance, entrance corridor, and Ambassador Suite to improve patient and ADA access to the building, fix moisture and leaking issues with the existing skylight, update finishes, improve patient circulation, and optimize space for the existing functions operating in the area. The Main Entrance of Bldg. 1 will be updated to facilitate visitor traffic flow and experience. Issues to be resolved include improving patient and ADA access to the building, fix moisture and leaking issues with the existing skylight, update finishes, improve patient circulation, optimize space for the existing functions operating in the area, HVAC deficiencies, electrical deficiencies including an electrical closet within the space, and any other Facilities Conditions Assessment deficiencies located within this listed area. The Main Entrance of Bldg. 1 will be updated to facilitate visitor traffic flow and experience. The existing revolving door will be replaced with an airlock of sliding and swinging doors with automatic controls. This project has a set of drawings and specifications that have been created by an Architectural-Engineering firm. These drawings and specifications indicate the work to be performed. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures, associated appurtenances and certain other items necessary completion.
