Reading Island Paving Repairs_ Redding (Request for Proposal)

Description: Requires pavement rehabilitation. The parking lot and site road have extensive cracking and full-depth pavement failure with unsafe shoulder drop-off. They were last paved over 30 years ago. The site road and parking lot exhibit fatigue cracking, potholes, and structural degradation. This project will perform targeted full-depth repairs, and a two-lift asphalt overlay to extend service life and improve safety.
