Public Safety Radio System seeking an independent informational assessment and evaluation of its current public safety radio system (the “System”) to assess (i) the System’s current performance, (ii) identify potential risks and deficiencies with the current System and (iii) receive recommendations to enhance System reliability, which can include recommendations on a frequency change(s), interoperability, and overall System effectiveness.
