The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration is soliciting bids through its Small Business Reserve program for capital improvements to salt structures at various locations in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. The work is intended to improve facilities used to store and manage road-deicing salt for winter maintenance and safety.
