Description: The project consists of the demolition of two lime slaker units in the old water treatment plant and the replacement with new equipment; the cleaning of the slaker area floor and surfaces, replacement of two pneumatic conveyance elbows on the roof of the building, and all electrical, instrumentation & controls and all other work as indicated on the drawings and as specified.

Project will consist of removing and replacing the existing brine tank #1 and connecting to existing piping. The existing tank site glass and level control assembly will be reused on the new brine tank. The new brine tank shall be completely automatic and self-contained salt storage and salt dissolving unit for producing fully saturated brine from rock, solar or evaporated salt products capable of producing 20 to 35 gallons per minute of saturated brine flow under normal operating conditions.
