WSU Puyallup Research and Extension Center - Kalkus Hall Siding Replacement RFP

Description: Demolish board and batten wood siding, remove and reinstall wall mounted fixtures and devices. Install weather barrier and sheet metal siding per plan, and fabricate and install all related metal flashing and trim. There are 4 alternates for this project. Alternate No.1 - Demolish hypalon membrane and install new sheet metal cap flashing, Alternate No.2 - Prepare, prime, and paint exposed wood window trim surfaces to match Type "A" metal panel, Alternate No.3 - Demolish wood trim, install sheet metal column wrap and trim per exterior details. Color to match Type "B" siding, Alternate No.4 - Prepare, prime, and paint exterior gypsum board soffit.
