Wori Vc Replacement Of Fire And Security RFP

Description: Design and installation replacement of the existing non- addressable Johnson Controls, simplex Grinnell fire and security detection systems. We would like to shift to a non-proprietary completely addressable system with flexibility for easy future upgrades in the park visitor center, Chapel, and electrical shed. It also includes the demolition and appropriate disposal of existing systems and equipment and patching and painting of existing surfaces as required. Existing systems is a commercial fire and security system between 30 and 35 years of age. Many of these systems have exceeded their design life and/or lack coverage or features required by WORI. This system must be compatible with our existing simplex sprinkler system/ deluge pre action system. See attached file.
