Building on promising results from the NYCHA Clean Heat for All Pilot, this Program will provide up to $10 million in incentives for installation and performance monitoring of qualified PWHPs in multifamily buildings throughout State. PWHP manufacturers & vendors will apply to Phase I by providing documentation that PWHPs meet those specifications & requirements. NYSERDA will review those application packages and, upon approval, applicants will become PWHP Program Participants and will be eligible to apply for Phase II. No funding will be committed or disbursed under Phase I.
