Willimantic ADA Remediation Project RFP

Description: Provide and install an ADA compliant drinking fountain, model to be a high low (Oasis Model PG8ACSL-BLK). Lower urinals to 17” height max at 3 locations. Patch and repair all disturbed areas. Remove and modify existing countertop & base cabinets, to achieve maximum countertop heigh of 34" AFF. Modify plumbing connections to account for readjustment of counter. Ensure required knee clearance and accessibility requirements are met per code. Provide new countertop (plastic laminate over plywood. Color selection TBD). Patch and refinish all disturbed areas. Modify existing holding cell door and frame to provide a minimum clear opening width of 32”. Work to include associated hardware, frame, hinges. Patch and repair disturbed areas. Remove and dispose existing holding cell bench. Provide new bench for installation. Prepare substrate and anchorage points as required for secure installation. Patch and repair any disturbed areas.
