Description: Work consist of remove damaged surface and biological growth, repair the wall surface & replace damaged cmu unit, patch eroded areas with polymer-modified cementitious repair mortar made for masonry/concrete, replace those cmu units that are deeply deteriorated, including those units with face shell completely spalled off, mechanically clean moss/algae. A dilute bleach or masonry cleaner solution can kill spores of biological growth. Wire brush or grind back spalled, loose face shells.
