Whole Genome Sequencing From Rainbow Trout Blood Samples - (Request for Quotation)

Description: Requirements: Large quantity of rainbow trout HMW genomic DNA extracted by the vendor from each of the 3 blood samples. DNA prep QC: Qubit and Bio-analyzer or similar; PacBio CCS library preparation performed by the vendor following the best practices recommended by PacBio. Library prep QC must include sizing by Blue Pippin; PacBio Revio (or similar) DNA sequencing to generate High Fidelity (HiFi) long reads using the circular consensus sequencing (CCS) mode; Read Length: N50 is at least 12 Kb per sample.
