WH Elevator Room Install Two Stat-X Fire Suppression Systems - (Request for Proposal)

Description: Shall supply a complete turnkey project by providing the services and oversight of installing the suppression systems, electrical work, and programming of the building fire system. The purpose of the STAT-X suppression system is to replace the existing building heat detector and the removal of the fire sprinklers. Sprinkler removal is NOT part of this project. Install two complete, fixed, total room flooding, Stat-X fire suppression systems using two fire control releasing panels with automatic and manual releasing capability. Supply parts, material, tools, labor, training, manuals, warranty, as-built drawings (printed or on a flash drive is permissible, are not required to be, but can be, CAD drawings), a sequence of operation, and an electronic copy of the panel programming including a device list.
