Description: Work includes renovation and expansion of the existing public restroom facility at park in marble falls. The scope of work includes selective demolition of existing building components; removal and replacement of the existing roof structure; renovation of the existing men's and women's restrooms; construction of additional single-user, family-style restrooms; and associated structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site improvements.
