First, it held a public hearing regarding the street abandonment of an approximately 0.069-acre tract of East Avenue right-of-way, involving discussion of encroachment and future replatting requirements. Second, the Commission discussed and acted upon a Final Plat for the 28.38-acre Marble Falls Industrial Park, which includes the extension of West Innovation Loop and development of commercial and drainage lots.
