Description: The State of Montana, through Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks, is issuing an intent-to-sole-source solicitation for a Pisten Bully 600 snow groomer known as the “West Yellowstone Groomer.” The agency intends to award the contract to Peterson Equipment, but other qualified vendors may submit a detailed description of an equivalent snow-grooming machine meeting the Letter of Intent requirements. The solicitation opened July 24, 2026, questions were due July 28, 2026, and sealed responses are due through the eMACS portal by August 11, 2026.
