West Cliff Dr Path Realignment RFP

Description: The City of Santa Cruz is soliciting an Invitation For Bid for public-works improvements at two West Cliff Drive sites; this is a construction procurement, not a grant program. Site 1 work includes path demolition and repaving, a split-rail fence, decomposed-granite rest areas, drainage improvements, a hose bib, vegetation restoration, and grading. Site 2 work includes removing an existing parking area and path segment, constructing approximately 290 feet of new asphalt pathway and a rest area, improving drainage, restoring vegetation, and completing associated grading.
