Project consists of construction of eleven (11) low pressure septic tank effluent pressure units installed on residential and commercial lots with full sanitary sewerage connection from the existing soil pipe of the structure to the existing Village of Fairview low pressure wastewater collection system. On-lot sanitary sewer service connections consisting of a holding tank, pump, control panel, electrical connection, directionally bored discharge force main and other miscellaneous items are included.
