West Belmont (N), Exbourne (W) Water Tank Improvements

Project consist of decant tank improvements.

Contract 1, Elevated Water Storage Tank involves replacing the existing water storage tank, with a 500,000-gallon elevated spheroidal water storage tank and appurtenances.

Providing a new 250,000 GAL concrete tank; providing a new water tank mixer and appurtenances providing a new access road and other required site work providing a new water storage tank feed line, including all required valves, fittings, and appurtenances providing a new water storage tank overflow and drain line, including all required valves, fittings, and appurtenances providing a new overflow catch-basin, metering manhole, and valve vault (pre-cast concrete structures) providing a new electrical shed structure performance of tie-ins to existing watermain system providing a new electrical service for new mixing equipment, lighting, and level sensors providing a new site security chain link fence and access gate (12 wide double gate) draining and demolition of existing water storage tank

Installation of a 1,000 gallon gasoline fuel tank including site improvements, fuel tank, dispensing system, electrical power supply, and new mechanical fuel dispensers for existing 8,000 gallon and 15,000 gallon diesel fuel tanks, as well as other work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
