Description: The contractor shall provide a digital platform that: Enables live, two-way, interactive video classes with meaningful instructor-participant engagement.; Requires no specialized hardware or proprietary software, operating fully via standard Wi-Fi internet access.; Allows user access via personal devices (laptop, tablet, smartphone).; Includes a digital class directory with up-to-date offerings.; Provides secure login credentials and password-protected access.; Offers encryption for all user information (name, email, password).; Prohibits sharing or collection of VA Protected Health Information (PHI).
