Well Repair, Maintenance and Rehabilitation Services

Description: The City of Delray Beach, Florida, through its Utilities Department/Maintenance Division, is soliciting bids (ITB2026-037) from qualified firms to provide Well Repair, Maintenance, and Rehabilitation Services on an as-needed basis. The scope covers production wells, monitor wells, pumps, and motors rehabilitation, including services such as reverse/mud rotary drilling, well service rigs, demolition, certified welding, well pump technician work, chlorine treatment, specific capacity testing, BART tests, wire-to-water pump efficiency tests, vibration infrared analysis, sand testing, silt density index testing, and well development/redevelopment with 600-750 CFM air compressors, all in compliance with FDEP regulations. Pricing is for comparison purposes and the City may add goods or services during the agreement term.
