A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 10:00am at City Hall Municipal Center, 1st Floor Meeting Room #100, 37 S. Broadway Street, Frostburg, Maryland, followed by an onsite visit at 2625 Piney Run Road, Frostburg, Maryland 21532. Please note, site visit location requires travel on a dirt road. Four-wheel drive may be necessary. Only proposals from firms present at pre-bid meeting will be accepted.
