The Webster City Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements project generally includes the construction of a new SBR wastewater treatment facility adjacent to the existing wastewater treatment plant including improvements at the headworks, digesters, the electrical and control systems; renovation or construction of office and laboratory; and miscellaneous building repairs and improvements.\r \r SCOPE OF SERVICES\r The CMAR along with the Owner, Architect and Engineer (A/E) Teams will be a critical member of the project team, providing services prior to the start of construction through final acceptance and project closeout. The CMAR services are briefly outlined below for pre-construction, construction, and post construction.: \r 1.Pricing, phasing, and constructability reviews for construction. \r 2.Pre-construction services, including cost estimating and bidding services. \r 3.Construction Manager at Risk of approved scope of work. \r 4.Solicitation of subcontractors pursuant to Iowa Code 26A. \r 5.Other pertinent information and required services to complete work.
Emmetsburg Municipal Utilities Board
Emmetsburg Municipal Utilities (EMU) will be publishing a request for statements of qualifications (RFQs) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services to provide Construction services for Water Treatment Facility Improvements. The Project will consist of improvements to the existing Water Treatment Facility consisting of: Existing pressure filter rehabilitation; Cast in place concrete storage tanks; Precast concrete building; Reverse osmosis (RO) equipment; Site work; Process pumps, piping, and electrical; Backwash waste tank conversion into a lift station and forcemain; New supply well with submersible pump.
City of Parlier
Work consist of replacement of an existing aerated lagoon wastewater treatment plant and a new extended aeration treatment facility.
City of Lindale
Proposed project consists of wastewater treatment plant improvements. Work shall include the construction of a 0.75 MGD extended aeration facility with two parallel treatment trains, clarifiers, UV disinfection, an aerated sludge holding tank, belt filter press, laboratory, various appurtenant buildings and pump stations, limited demolition of existing facilities, mass earthwork, installation of yard piping, paving, electrical facilities, SCADA system, and emergency power stations.
