Description: Provide lumber and heavy timber for Waterfront Department for FY27. Items includes 284 EA 4"x12"x20' Wood shall be pressure treated, .6 Retention ACZA, S4S, No 1 or better. Green Douglas Fir WCLA Rule #17, Double end trimmed; 284 EA 4"x12"x22' Wood shall be pressure treated, .6 Retention ACZA, S4S, No 1 or better. Green Douglas Fir WCLA Rule #17, Double end trimmed; 25 EA 4"x12"x25' Wood shall be pressure treated, .6 Retention ACZA, S4S, No 1 or better. Green Douglas Fir WCLA Rule #17, Double end trimmed; 28 EA Piles 60' long 9" tip, 14" butt, Green Douglas Fir, treated ACZA 2.5 lbs., 45' Coating Polyurea thick color black. Start the coating 5' from butt and finish 10' from the tip of the pile.
