Waterford Police Department Locker Room Renovations RFP

Description: Work includes selective demolition; removal of existing lockers and concrete locker bases; construction of new partitions, toilet rooms, and showers; relocation of doors, card readers, and the washer and dryer; installation of new plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, accessories, ceilings, lighting, ventilation, flooring, wall tile, counters, and finishes; and all associated plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire-protection, access-control, patching, and restoration work required to provide complete and operational locker room facilities. New lockers will be furnished and installed by others; however, the contractor shall provide the required electrical power and coordinate with the locker supplier.
