Watercraft Rental Concession Operator - Island Lake Recreation Area RFP
Provide watercraft rental services. The selected partner will place and maintain a self-service non-motorized watercraft rental concession kiosk at each location. The self-service kiosks will offer customers training, collect payment, collect a liability waiver, and manage watercraft, personal flotation devices and paddles. The selected partner will conduct inspections of the kiosks and rental equipment and immediately address safety needs as well as provide all customer support for the services.
