Water Utility Registered Apprenticeship Program (Request for Proposals)

Description: Seeking a qualified vendor to support the development of a comprehensive Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) for high-demand technical positions with heavy equipment and utility infrastructure. Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders in the public and private sectors, assessing occupational skill needs/gaps and aligning RAP curriculum and standards with employer needs and regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with Madison Park Technical High School to ensure programming is designed to provide students the necessary pre-requisites to matriculate to the new registered apprenticeship.
