Description: Project includes construction of a 6,826 SF building that will house meeting space, restrooms, a staff kitchen, and chemical storage and distribution equipment providing water treatment chemicals for the existing treatment plant; on-site sodium hypochlorite generators, relocation of an existing 24" water distribution pipe; associated electrical improvement; site/civil improvements; public street frontage improvements; and storm water facilities. The work generally consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing required labor, equipment, and materials for construction of the water quality systems building as described in the contract documents.
