City of Vallejo
Establish and operate a seasonal temporary Warming Shelter for homeless individuals within the City. The Warming Shelter will offer overnight shelter to the local homeless population during the winter months as defined herein. Operations are expected to begin in December 2025. Qualified applicants must have access to a secure facility and staffing for a Warming Shelter at the time of opening to accommodate a minimum of 20 individuals.

Nassau County
Provision of emergency shelter services. Any person, partnership, corporation, organization, agency, governmental unit, or other entity that operates a shelter for adults, shelter for adult families, or a shelter for families.
City of Irving
Inclement weather shelter program. Implement an Inclement Weather Shelter Program as needed, based on activation policies agreed upon by the awardee and the City. The City will provide reimbursement to the Organization for costs incurred while providing shelter services during inclement cold weather events.
