Description: Project consists of interior structural and non-structural demolition to facilitate subdivision of existing building into individual tenant units as an indoor warehousing and business storage facility using a prefabricated partition system. Trades included but not limited to: interior demolition, concrete finishing, metal (including the install of owner supplied racks and prefabricated partition system, supply and install of diamond plate, ztrim, etc), rough carpentry, finish carpentry, millwork, insulation, doors, drywall, tile, act, flooring, painting, restroom accessories, fire extinguishers, lockers, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and exterior asphalt and concrete pavement.
