This acquisition will provide general facilities construction, renovation, repair, alteration, demolition and remediation services, on an as needed basis, in various locations. Facilities include, but are not limited to, operational support buildings, site utilities, microwave sites, communication towers, substations, warehouses, real property and commercial buildings. Each project may include tasks in a variety of trades including, but not limited to, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning (HVAC), painting, electrical, masonry, carpentry, flooring, roofing, concrete, excavation, demolition, fire alarm/suppression system, hazardous material removal, construction equipment operation, site work, sewer, and other specialty and general construction work.
