The following services will be provided as outlined below: a. Wall repairs: a. The Contractor will provide two (2) general labor personnel for one hundred and eighty (90) days, eight (8) hours per day, Monday thru Friday to provide wall repair services. b. The contractor will be provided with task orders at the beginning of each week. c. The contractor will be required to complete between ten (10) to fifty (50) wall repair task orders per week. The number of tasks considered to be successful will be based on the complexity of tasking set forth by the Authorized Government Representative (AGR). d. The AGR will provide the contractor with all materials used for repairs to walls when task orders are assigned. e. Walls are constructed of materials such as concrete, gypsum board, plaster, and block. Some walls will have overlays such as tiles, flex walls, wallpaper, wainscoting, corner guards, and cove base.
