Fort Wayne Campus – Walb Student Union Partial Roof Replacement-2026
The Trustees of Purdue University is seeking sealed bids for the partial roof replacement at the Walb Student Union on the Purdue Fort Wayne campus, located at the PFW North Campus at 5190 Saint Joe Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46835. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on July 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. EDT in Room 114 of Ginsberg Hall at the campus. Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. EDT on August 6, 2026 at the Office of the Director of Physical Plant, Room 103, Ginsberg Hall, after which they will be opened and read aloud in Room 114 of Ginsberg Hall, with bidding documents obtained from Eastern Engineering Supply in Fort Wayne.

GI Partial Roof and WTP Generator Gutter Replacement RFP
Work includes removing of existing roofing system in its entirety of ballast stone on EPDM membrane on insulation down to existing concrete deck. Removal of existing metal edge gravel stop. Remove and replace metal scuppers and downspouts. Provide new roofing system of a vapor barrier over existing concrete deck, rigid tapered insulation, cover board and SBS modified bituminous membrane. Including: A. Provide metal edge gravel stop at the top of perimeter walls. B. Provide SBS membrane flashing with termination bar at junction with existing wall and under louver sill. C. Remove and replace metal scuppers and downspouts. Treatment plant include new metal gutter and downspouts on east and west elevations with additional framing in soffit for gutter, new snow guard and gutter guard system with electrical connections for the new heated gutter system.
