The Federal Highway Administration has posted a presolicitation for construction of a rockfall mitigation system approximately 11 miles south of Port Angeles, Washington. The estimated project price is between $2 million and $5 million. A formal solicitation is tentatively planned for winter 2026–2027, with completion tentatively planned for fall 2027.

The Federal Highway Administration’s Western Federal Lands Highway Division has issued an active presolicitation for repairs to Road 107 in Olympic National Park, Washington. The planned work includes bank stabilization, riprap, and an engineered log jam with dolosse along a 0.12-mile project section, approximately 26 miles southeast of Forks. This is an advance notice, with the formal tender expected to be published shortly.
