MINERVA Initiative – Uncrewed Aircraft System Deconfliction
The Department of National Defense and the Canadian Army are seeking software that provides an airspace common operating picture for planning, deconflicting, and controlling uncrewed aircraft system traffic, including radio-frequency spectrum use. The solution must support flight-plan management, 4D trajectory and spectrum-requirement data, conflict detection and resolution, and generation of deconflicted airspace blocks. It should also analyze real-time UAS data to prevent collisions, automatically adjust flight paths, and verify compliance with approved trajectories.
