W2301C Trans Mains 1 & 2 Valve Replacement - Phase 3 *RE-BID*

Work under this contract is to replace existing isolation valves and installing new tees for pipe access on the district's 24" & 30" ductile iron (di) potable water transmission mains at three (3) separate site locations and includes: installation of one (1) 16" butterfly valve, one (1) 24" butterfly valve, three (3) 30" district supplied butterfly valves with appurtenances; installation of one (1) 30" by 16" tee, two (2) 30" by 24" tees and one (1) precast concrete access vault with appurtenances for pipe access; removal and replacement of approximately 50 linear feet of 12" diameter di water main with 16" diameter water main, including replacement of two (2) 12" diameter gate valves, fittings, appurtenances, and installation two (2) new 12" insertion valves at one site location; removal and replacement of impacted storm drain at site 3-06b; removal, hauling, and disposal of existing transmission main piping, water main piping, valves, appurtenances; roadway and property restoration, site cleanup, and temporary traffic control.
