VR experience Development (RFI)

Developing a Virtual Reality (VR) experience related to pulse oximetry and medical oxygen access. Develop the following production package: VR experience, seated, <8 minutes, with VR headset and live guidance VR experience consistent of multiple parts – 1) short educational materials on medical oxygen (e.g., “oxygen 101”; state of affairs for oxygen access today), and 2) immersive experience in country setting(s). An example of the immersive experience (to be finalized in partnership with the selected vendor): a patient journey to access oxygen - through different hospital settings / different oxygen delivery systems / different country settings. The experience would visualize several common ways by which oxygen access is jeopardized in many low- and middle-income countries and help the user “feel” what it means to require oxygen yet not have it readily available. interactive hand tracking used to move between parts of the experience.
