VLF Voltage Testing Request for Information (RFI)

Description: VLF Testing of Medium Voltage Power Lines provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to perform Very Low Frequency (VLF) Testing of Medium Voltage Power Lines. Key work elements include, but are not limited to: Developing and executing a comprehensive VLF testing plan demonstrating that the system meets or exceeds IEEE 400.2 standards.Conducting site surveys, equipment preparation, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Performing VLF testing (0.01 Hz to 0.1 Hz) and insulation resistance testing (IAW IEEE 43). Isolating circuits, identifying potential insulation weaknesses, and resolving defects (repair or replace damaged equipment).
