Summary
The structure is a 125,000 gallon reservoir with a 30.5 FT diameter and a 24 FT sidewall height. The structure is located at 1004 Hickory Street in the Village of Pewaukee, Wisconsin. The work includes: Exterior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard with containment. Apply a 4 coat zinc epoxy urethane system. Wet Interior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP10 near-white metal standard. Apply a 3 coat zinc epoxy system. Apply pit filler as needed. The cathodic protection system is to be removed and reinstalled by the Owner's vendor (or approved equal), coordination and payment is the Contractor’s responsibility. Foundation: Repair grout. Abrasive blast clean and apply a 2 coat epoxy system. Repairs: 1) Install sidewall manway. 2) Replace the sidewall manway gasket. 3) Install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch. 4) Install a sample tap on the draw pipe. 5) Install a chemical feed tap on the draw pipe. 6) Overflow discharge modification. 7) Replace the fall prevention devices on the wet interior and exterior ladders. 8) Trim the bottom of the exterior sidewall ladder. 9) Install a vandal guard. 10) Install a sidewall platform. 11) Replace roof vent with a pressure vacuum vent. 12) Install a roof handrail with a painter’s railing. 13) Pit welding. 14) Install a sump in the wet interior. 15) Realign overflow splash pad.
