The structure is a 500,000 gal. reservoir with an estimated dia. of 50'. And an estimated sidewall height of 30'. The work includes: exterior: high-pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 PSI) and spot power tool clean to an SSPC-SP11 standard. Apply a 3 coat epoxy urethane system. wet interior: abrasive blast clean to an SSPC-SP10 near-white metal standard. Apply a 3 coat Zinc epoxy system. Apply a polyurethane caulk to the roof lap seams. foundation: repair grout. Water clean and apply a 2 coat epoxy system. mixer: install a mechanical mixer. repairs: 1)replace the sidewall manway gaskets. 2)replace the wet interior roof hatch. 3)install deflector bars on the fill/draw pipe. 4)install a vandal guard on the ladder cage. 5)install a swing gate at the step-off platform opening. 6)install cathodic clips and pressure fitting. 7)modify the center column support.

Exterior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard with containment. Apply a four (4) coat zinc epoxy urethane fluoropolymer system.\r \r Dry Interior: Abrasive blast clean the entire bowl and spot coating failures throughout to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy system to the bowl and a spot two (2) coat epoxy system to the rest of the prepared surfaces.\r \r Dry Interior Alternate: Abrasive blast clean the entire dry interior to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a three (3) zinc coat epoxy system to the access tube and bowl and a two (2) coat zinc epoxy system to the rest of the prepared surfaces. The work includes the fill/draw pipe which will require removal and reinstallation of the insulation and jacketing.\r \r Foundation: Abrasive blast clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system.\r \r Cathodic Protection: Install an impressed current cathodic protection system.\r \r Mixer: Install a mechanical mixer.\r \r Repairs:\r 1)Install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch.\r 2)Install insulation on a section of the fill/draw pipe.\r 3)Pit welding.\r 4)Install boots over the antenna cable penetrations on the riser and roof.\r 5)Replace the aviation light.\r 6)Replace the dry interior light bulbs.\r 7)Install grounding rods for the structure.
