Apply a 3 coat epoxy urethane system. wet interior: abrasive blast clean to an SSPC-SP10 near-white metal standard. Apply a 3 coat Zinc epoxy system. Apply a polyurethane caulk to the roof lap seams. foundation: repair grout. Water clean and apply a 2 coat epoxy system. mixer: install a mechanical mixer. repairs: 1)replace the sidewall manway gaskets. 2)replace the wet interior roof hatch. 3)install deflector bars on the fill/draw pipe. 4)install a vandal guard on the ladder cage. 5)install a swing gate at the step-off platform opening. 6)install cathodic clips and pressure fitting. 7)modify the center column support.
