Veterans’ Mental Health Pilot Program (RFP)

Seeking to establish one or more contracts to provide case management services. To conduct the pilot program. The contractor shall be responsible for administering the pilot program, including but not limited to, partnering with qualified hospital systems and state of arizona universities to provide services to service members, veterans, and their families. The contractor shall ensure the pilot program provides evidence-based, trauma-informed, clinical care; physical fitness and strength conditioning training; mindful movement classes; nutritional guidance; wellness; education; and peer outreach programming for native american veterans; and clinician training for the benefit of arizona veterans and their families impacted by mental and behavioral health issues.
