The scope of this project includes but is not limited to the following: upgrade facility fiber throughout the buildings to each Telecommunications Room (TR), provide a redundant fiber run throughout the facility to each TR, provide redundant fiber mains to the redundant demarcation rooms from the provider point, install data drops, install new electrical outlets throughout the facility, provide additional power in each TR, upgrade facility power distribution as required, upgrade facility HVAC distribution as required, physical security assessment and upgrades, and hazardous material abatement. Provide power construction and services in contingency or austere environments in support of temporary or enduring requirements provide single source responsibility for construction activities to include low and medium voltage electrical systems for power plants and power distribution systems. Construction activities may include, but not limited to, extension of designs, site preparation, and furnishing equipment and other ancillary items, for complete and usable power plants and distribution systems. Provide single source responsibility for services to include low and medium voltage electrical systems for power plants and power distribution systems power services may include the same activities listed under "construction"; however, in the case of services, the power generation equipment is owned by the contractor, and the contractor is responsible for providing power as a service. Power services may also include, but not limited to, assessing power needs, providing technical assistance, training, quality control, operating, fueling, relocating and recovering generator sets and associated fuel systems, and conducting preventive, emergency and scheduled maintenance. An ordering period of five (5) years. There will be a six (6) month option
