Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) Call for Whitepapers for Mission Development Zone (MDZ) Outgrant
Space Launch Delta 30 at Vandenberg Space Force Base is seeking whitepapers from U.S. Commercial Providers on developing the Mission Development Zone, a roughly 2,100-acre area for spaceport-support infrastructure such as payload processing, manufacturing, logistics, testing, and mission-control functions. Responses must address infrastructure and facility needs, parcel and utility requirements, operational and safety impacts, and a conceptual timeline, with submissions limited to 30 pages and delivered through DoD SAFE.
