Vacant Unit Turns Authority Wide - (RFP) *Re-Bid*

Provide vacant unit turn services (authority wide). Vacated apartments in the Housing Authorities developments are in need of cleaning, refreshing, repairing, and painting. Cleaning services: Sweep & mop all hard surface floors, Vacuum and shampoo all carpeted floors where applicable. Painting services: The contractor will smooth, paint, and make any minor repairs to the interior walls and ceiling in the apartment. The contract period begins with an award letter for 1 year.
