Vacant Unit Renovations 1 Scattered Site Unit RFP

Description: Work include remove and properly dispose of all trash, furniture and miscellaneous items in /on / near the unit & yard. (satellite dish, cable, wires, alarm system). Supply and replace closet poles as needed. Stain & poly/ do not paint. Supply and install one (1) exhaust fan bathroom. Replace all galvanized drain line in the unit. Supply and install a new sump pump w/ cover and check valve. Electrical work is to follow nec 2023 code as required by state law and local jurisdiction regulations. Repair or replace all existing interior solid core with two panel doors with arch to the top and hardware, including locksets, (solid core). Must be immediately ordered (long lead time may apply)
