V-22 Standby Flight Display RFP
Description: This presolicitation concerns the planned sole-source delivery order for non-recurring engineering to redesign the V-22 Standby Flight Display, procure and install redesigned kits, and sustain legacy display weapon replaceable assemblies. NAVAIR identifies ELBITAMERICA, INC. as the original equipment manufacturer and the only responsible source because the Government does not possess the technical data needed for the work. This is not a grant program or a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may submit capability statements for consideration by September 15, 2026.
