UTSC2026-14 - Caretaking Services Myron & Berna Health Sciences Complex and Parking Commons

Description: The University of Toronto Scarborough Facilities Management Department is conducting a formal RFP (not a grant) for caretaking services at two newly constructed buildings: the Myron and Berna Garron Health Sciences Complex (SAMIH) and Retail & Parking Commons. SAMIH, at 840 Military Trail, is approximately 13,422.89 m² and includes clinical and health services, simulation and teaching spaces, classrooms, offices, research/laboratory support, dining, washrooms, corridors, elevators, stairwells, storage and support areas, and basement parking. Retail & Parking Commons at 40 Pan Am Drive is approximately 36,846 m² gross and includes open-air parking with retail and office components, washrooms, elevators, stairwells, a tunnel connection, waste/recycling locations, loading/dock areas, and related support spaces.
