Description: The required carts must meet or exceed the following minimum specifications: Specifications: Electric Motor; 4 – 6 passenger seating capacity; Load capacity minimum 1,400 lbs (passenger + cargo); Must feature standard 120V charging capability; No more than 8-hour charge time from a battery depleted state on standard 120v outlet; Must include rear cargo area that utilizes a cargo compartment or fold-down rear; seat that converts into a flatbed cargo deck; Must include safety features such as safety belts, head lights, and horn; Must have roof sun-shade; Must be an earth-tone color or white.
