Provide construction services IDIQ.
Description: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to all labor, materials, equipment, access and supervision necessary to accomplish various repairs, alterations, restoration/modernization, demolition work, and may include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, finish carpentry, painting and communications systems work. Work will be accomplished through the issuance of Task Orders (T.O.) for all constructed assets on the USHMM campus.
