Description: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to all labor, materials, equipment, access and supervision necessary to accomplish various repairs, alterations, restoration/modernization, demolition work, and may include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, finish carpentry, painting and communications systems work.
