The project “Port Gardner Storage Facility West Marine View Drive Storm and Combined Sewer - Construction Package 2" consists of construction of various diameter pipelines and structures to convey wastewater and stormwater to the Port Gardner Storage Facility (PGSF) from multiple locations north and south of PGSF. The PGSF will provide temporary combined sewer storage, reducing CSOs at the City's four remaining uncontrolled CSO discharge points to meet the Washington State Department of Ecology executed Agreed Order number 11638.This facility will also provide stormwater treatment for separated stormwater drainage basins with conveyance to the City's deepwater outfall and local stormwater conveyance to the Everett Water Pollution Control Facility includes 1 LS BNSF trenchless crossing (C-2801 to C-2805), 1 LS 16" W relocation, 557 LF construct sanitary sewer 48" SS FRP lower Norton East, 162 LF construct carrier pipe 48" SS FRP BNSF (C-2106), 1 EA construct accessway and manhole SSMH009 (C-2107), 687 LF construct sewer force main 20" HDPE open cut (C-2210 & C-2211), 602 LF construct sewer force main 18" HDPE slipline (C-2211 to C-2213). The project will consist of upgrades to the existing lift station at the West Jessamine High School site. The upgrades will include replacement of (1) existing manhole with new manhole, reconnection of existing sanitary lines to manhole, replacement of the existing 4" sanitary pipe from manhole to wet well of lift station with new 8" sanitary from manhole to wet well, providing new data rack, new control integration of lift station pump system to district Building Automation System, and installation of new storm drainage consisting of new storm drain outlets, piping, trenching, and patching of asphalt drive.
