The USDA Forest Service's Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) National BPA is a government procurement vehicle for professional services, natural-resources restoration, engineering, project management, NEPA, communications, and related work on national forests and other federal lands. The solicitation is an active, open-and-continuous BPA that permits additional vendors to be added during its active 10-year period and is available for use by federal agencies. It is not a grant program; it is a Blanket Purchase Agreement under which agencies compete and award BPA call orders.
